Visited this restaurant last night having booked a few hours previously. We wanted to have a lovely evening out as a family for the penultimate night of our holiday. So glad at our choice! As a family of 6, we have differing likes and dietary requirements. We ordered a charcuterie board and snails for us to share (the latter as an experience!). All were delicious and the board had so much, that we struggled to finish it. It came with plenty of bread that was topped up when needed. Before we started eating, we were visited by a few wasps at our table. Our daughter is terrified of them and stood up, and we were concerned we may need to leave. Our lovely waitress brought smoking coffee granules to the table which kept them away. I don't know if she really that this has literally changed my daughter's life, as we didn't know this 'hack' and means that she can eat out far more easily. We enjoyed our various mains - the steak tartar a particular favourite, but it was the desserts that wowed us all! Gorgeous chocolate fondant, a beautiful raspberry tart, lemon meringue pie and others. We were delighted with our experience which is especially important to us as we can rarely afford for all 6 of us to go out. Thank you all!
